Our website is designed to provide the UK’s motorcycling enthusiasts with information regarding the products contained within our portfolio of premium motorcycle brands.
Bikerheadz is the marketing and communication division of TranAm Limited. TranAm in turn operates exclusively on a B2B basis, we do not sell directly to the general public. TranAm is the exclusive UK importer and trade distributer for all of the brands featured on the Bikerheadz website.

We’re based on the South Coast of England however, much though we’d like to see you, we operate exclusively on a B2B basis and do not sell directly to the general public. We do not operate from retail premises and our trade only warehouse is stocked full of all of the premium brands that we supply to your local dealer.

We keep generous stocks of product in our UK warehouse. Your local stockist or online dealer can source product from us, usually for delivery on a 24 hour basis to their premises.

Bikerheadz/TranAm chooses a range of products which we believe is best suited to the UK market. Other products listed on the manufacturers website may be available as a special order. Please check with your preferred retailer to check the price and availability.

Your local retailer can order spares and replacement parts from us.

All of our products come as standard with a minimum one year warranty for manufacturing defects or faulty workmanship. Please refer to individual brands and products for details of specific warranties.

You will need to return the item along with valid proof of purchase back to your original supplying retailer who will then process the claim for you. Bikerheadz/TranAm is a 3rd party and does not deal directly with the general public.

Your supplying retailer is obligated to process any valid request for a warranty claim however, customers who have a product that has a GORE-TEX membrane also have the option of contacting Gore directly. Your retailer will advise you at the time of return as this does depend on the nature of the issue, the brand concerned and the type of product.

We do offer a repair service for some of our brands but any work done out of warranty will be chargeable. The issue will need to be discussed with your retailer who will then be able to confirm the cost and organise the repair.

Your rights are the same as within the UK. You need to contact your original supplying retailer, wherever they may be, to initiate the warranty claim process.
